How and when to enter the Pavilion - 2021All entry forms and waivers are available to download here.
Entries for the Pavilion can be delivered to the Showground Secretary’s Office (at the Showground) between 10am – 4pm on weekdays, from Monday 1st to Thursday 4th March 2021, or delivered directly to the Showground Pavilion on Friday 5th March 2021, 8am – 10am. Exhibits will not be accepted outside these dates and times. Entries for most sections can be delivered to the Pavilion directly from 8am-10am on Friday 5th March. Exceptions are: PHOTOGRAPHY: Entries close Tuesday 2 March, at 3:30pm. CUT FLOWERS: Deliver to the Luncheon Pavilion from 3 – 5pm, on Friday 5th March FARM & GARDEN PRODUCE: Deliver to the Bar Pavilion (next to the Wool Pavilion) from 2 - 4pm, on Friday 5th March.
